Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about getting your order to you — and back to us if something isn't right.

Domestic Shipping

Orders within the United States ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on size and weight. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days from dispatch. Expedited options are available at checkout. All orders over $150 ship free; flat rate $8 for orders below.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery takes 7–14 business days from dispatch depending on destination and customs clearance. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient — we are unable to estimate these in advance as they vary by country and order value.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order delivery estimates are shown on each product page and begin from the date of production completion, not the order date. We email you when your pre-order ships with a tracking number. If a pre-order timeline changes significantly, we'll notify you immediately and offer a full refund if preferred.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of your order confirmation, email us at hello@ramufinds.com with your order number.

Returns

We accept returns on undamaged, unused items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email hello@ramufinds.com with your order number and reason. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing — in those cases, we'll cover it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We'll email you when the refund is processed. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ramufinds.com. Please include photos of the damage and your order number. We'll make it right promptly.
