All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time. Pre-order items are made or sourced on request — estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes where required. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase, including for pre-orders.
We ship to the addresses you provide at checkout. Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Ramu Finds is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon handoff to the carrier.
We accept returns on undamaged, unused items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@ramufinds.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ramu Finds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
